We are delighted to offer free standard shipping within Australia. If you need your goodies a bit quicker, express shipping is available at $15 and can be easily selected during checkout.

Once you place your order, our Sydney warehouse works diligently to process it within 24 hours. After that, you can expect your package to arrive in 1-5 business days, depending on your location. We'll make sure you stay informed every step of the way with tracking details provided as soon as your order is on its way.

Please note that shipping times might vary, and while we always strive for the best, we can't take responsibility for any shipping delays. However, rest assured, we're here to help and support you throughout the process!

For our international friends, we do offer standard international shipping for AU$25.

When it comes to customs duties or taxes in your country, please be aware that you'll be responsible for those. Also, with contactless deliveries, carriers won't require a signature, and packages will have an automatic authority to leave. While this helps ensure safe deliveries, we want to let you know that house of dog won't be liable for instances of non-delivery or theft.
