Shipping policy

Shipping within Australia
- Free standard shipping on all orders of $40 or more.
- $5 flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $40 (for example, a discovery set on its own).
- Express shipping is available for $8 on any order and can be selected at checkout.
Once you place your order, our Sydney warehouse works diligently to process it within 24 hours. Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. We'll make sure you stay informed every step of the way with tracking details provided as soon as your order is on its way.
Please note that shipping times might vary, and while we always strive for the best, we can't take responsibility for any shipping delays. However, rest assured, we're here to help and support you throughout the process!
International shipping
For our international friends, we offer standard international shipping for a flat AU$15 to the UK, United States, Canada, Europe and selected countries in Asia and the Middle East, and NZ$15 to New Zealand. The free shipping threshold applies to Australian orders only.
Customs duties and import taxes are on us. We cover them at checkout, so there are no surprise fees when your parcel arrives. If a carrier ever asks you for payment on delivery, please don't pay it. Contact us at hello@lovehouseofdog.com and we'll sort it out. Wholesale enquiries are welcome at the same address.
Delivery
With contactless deliveries, carriers won't require a signature, and packages will have an automatic authority to leave. While this helps ensure safe deliveries, we want to let you know that houseofdog won't be liable for instances of non-delivery or theft.
